The JIT had reservations regarding the significant gap and disparity among the known and declared the source of income and the wealth accumulated have been observed, said the JIT document.

In a meeting after the submission of final report regarding Panamagate probe in Supreme Court, top PML-N leadership has advised Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif not to resign, sources told ARY News on Monday.
During the meeting, attended by Foreign Affairs adviser Sartaj Aziz and senior Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials, Prime Minister Sharif gave policy guidelines on aligning the country's foreign policy with new demands and reaffirmed Pakistan's stance on maintaining peaceful relations with its neighbours.
"We will unveil the contradictions of this report in front of the Supreme Court", he said. He is the sole defense witness in the money laundering case against the Sharif family.
Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, on the other hand, termed the report "inconclusive" and a "source-based report" which has no worth before a court of law.
The six-member Joint Investigation Team (JIT) was set up in May by the Supreme Court with the mandate to probe the Sharif family for allegedly failing to provide the trail of money used to buy properties in London in 1990s.

The investigators have recommended that a case be filed against Sharif in the National Accountability Court. Besides his three children, the panel questioned his daughter Maryam's husband Muhammad Safdar Awan, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, who is related to the Prime Minister's family through marriage.
Qatari Prince Hamad Bin Jassim bin Jaber al Thani is the prime defence of PM Nawaz Sharif in the case as the Prince has supported the Sharifs money trail through two separate letters.
