A spokesperson for Finnair said, "today will be the final time that our AY666 flight flies to HEL".
Your worst nightmare is about to end: today is the last time you will have to face the possibility of taking Flight 666 to HEL on Friday 13th. Finnair has scheduled the eerie trip to HEL (Helsinki) 21 times on a Friday 13 over the last 11 years.
After Friday, the flight number will change from AY666 to AY954.
If you feel like you missed out on a unique opportunity to take an "devilish" flight, rest assured, Finnair's got you covered with a flight from SIN (Singapore Changi International) to HEL.
But the airline is changing some of its flight numbers meaning this is the last time flight FY666 will depart on the "unlucky" day.
Helsinki Airport also confirmed the arrival and pointed out another interesting piece of information.
The irrational fear of the number 13 is called triskaidekaphobia, by the way.
"It has been a joke among the pilots", Juha-Pekka Keidasto, a veteran pilot for the airline, told the Telegraph. The flight number will not, however, be 666. "It's only a coincidence for me".
But for flying professionals, the flight with the bravest passengers in the sky is just another day at the office.
