The Yadav community, which is said to be game-changer in the parliamentary seat, appears to have sympathized with Congress candidate Karan Singh who has made a comeback to politics after a decade. It is believed that Congress is way ahead of BJP in Rajasthan under the strong leadership of Sachin Pilot.

Today, as Congress looked set to wrest all the three seats from BJP, Karni Sena called it a victory for the Sagharsh Samiti.

Meanwhile, in Ajmer the Congress candidates have been maintaining a wide lead against their BJP opponents. Singh received 1,11,729 votes, while CPIM's Gargi Chaterjee secured 35,497 votes, BJP's Sandip Banerjee 38,711 votes and Congress's Goutam Bose 10,527, reported News18.

Calling the election results a "mystery", Khanna listed the development works done by the Centre and the state government in these seats.

In the Alwar Lok Sabha constituency, it is a clash of the Yadavs.

All three seats, in the Lok Sabha constituencies of Alwar and Ajmer as well as the state assembly seat of Mandalgarh, had fallen vacant following the deaths of their incumbent representatives. In 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the party had won 34 out of the 44 Parliamentary seats in West Bengal.

TMC candidate Sajda Ahmed trounced Anupam Mallick of BJP by over 4.74 lakh votes in Uluberia Lok Sabha seat in Howrah district.

Meantime, Trinamool Congress won in two seats. BJP's Shakti Singh Hada gets 32,216 votes. Ragu Sharma (INC) 144992, BJP's Ram Swaroop Lamba -120736, Nota- 2187. However, the Congress still managed to win by a margin of 12,976 votes.
