Brock Lesnar Defeats Daniel Bryan, RAW Clean Sweeps SmackDown At Survivor Series

The following matches are advertised for WWE Survivor Series, which will be held today in Los Angeles, California at Staples Center.

-Raw Tag Champions AOP vs. Smackdown Tag Champions Sheamus and Cesaro.

Over recent years, huge legends throughout WWE history have made appearances at Survivor Series as it's one of the original big four pay-per-views and the event itself has a rich history.

Rounding out the card is your usual fair; we'll see traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series match from both the men and women of Raw and SmackDown, plus the tag teams from both shows. However, at this year's Survivor Series, the audience got to see former wrestler Enzo Amore, and those sitting by him got a whole show before he was booted from the arena. Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley also made it out of the match without getting pinned.

In an interview with ComicBook.com, Charlotte Flair praised her Survivor Series opponent Ronda Rousey. After almost 15 minutes, Flair appeared to snap when she pulled out a kendo stick and began wailing on Rousey to cause a disqualification.

Finally in the main event, Brock Lesnar defeated Daniel Bryan after hitting an F-5.

In what it looks like was going to be a complete squash between the WWE Universal Champion and WWE Champion, Daniel Bryan mounted an elite-level comeback and had Lesnar on the ropes on multiple occasions. The Intercontinental Champion will go one-on-one with the United States Champion, and not even Seth Rollins (in kayfabe, of course) cares about this match. Like we saw earlier this week on Twitter, WWE's taking a real life injury and real life bad timing and turning them into glorious, glorious kayfabe.
