BY JENN TERRELL Haven Brock was crowned 2015 Miss Arkansas Tech on Friday. Brock won the 60th annual contest on her third try at the title out of 19 contestants. Brock performed a vocal solo for her talent and represented Carson’s Kids, an autism awareness program she founded. She was sponsored by Phi Mu. .
